Hop Leaf will be offering workshops about craft beer, which is beer brewed by small artisan breweries all over the world, at VeryHK on Dec. 8. Hong Kong has become one of the most dynamic beer markets in the world over the past few years, and Hop Leaf partners will be in Kwun Tong all day to answer your questions and to offer advice, including what's the best beer to go with char siu. Hop Leaf imports and sells ales and lagers from Japan, New Zealand, Denmark and the United States, and they will be offering a wide variety of beers for you to try that day.
