Event Information

THE GOOD OLD DAYS ARE NOW free admission, free happiness and fun in a completely free public space that we rightfully deserve.

Because our tiny city has infinite enjoyable public space to offer, JUPYEAH, in collaboration with independent cultural initiative Very Hong Kong, takes the usual swap parties to higher ground by throwing our first ever free-admission JUPYEAH Tai Tat Tei. Yes - free admission, free happiness and fun in a completely free publicspace that we rightfully deserve.

Back to the time that indulged us in friendly neighbourhood rather than technology and lavish lifestyle. Rewind to the good old days when we would gather to have ourselves amused and satisfied at Tai Tat Tei – the collective memory of every Hong Konger. It is not just the culture that we want to revive; it is about the infusion of contemporary green lifestyle and the culture of sharing.

Share unwanted stuff with our fellow Juppers and jup what you need from our massive pool. Besides our usual swap sections, JUPYEAH Tai Tat Tei aspires to awaken and inspire visitors with creative, rebellious add-ons.

Explore miniature worlds made by Puff Terrariums and be amazed by their on-site demonstration. Overwhelmed by excessive stuff at home? Join the upcycling workshop held by Samuel Ng, an amazing experience to turn useless things into cool treasures. Sharing is never limited to grown-ups. Children are very welcome to come to the kids’ creative area by Design for Change China, the largest global movement designed to give children an opportunity to express their own ideas for a better world.
